Fleet Audit

We offer clients a comprehensive fleet operation improvement service that provides an independent and impartial perspective on how their operations meet legislative and regulatory compliance. Driver

  • Analysis of driving staff turnover.
  • Licence screening and validation.
  • Driver competency assessment to determine education and training needs.
  • Provision of specific driver education and training for ‘at risk’ drivers.
  • Measurement of driver awareness of Working Time Directive and driver hours’ regulations.

Vehicle

  • Assessment of vehicle and ancillary equipment.

Task

  • Review of driver education and vehicle use.
  • Review of customer, charter and service level agreements.
  • Review of route and journey planning.

The assessment process reviews the key risk factors related to the company’s drivers, the vehicles used and the driving task performed. It also includes senior and line management roles and responsibilities, insurance claims history and accident data. Following the assessment a management report is produced to prioritise actions and give risk management recommendations.
