Our Approach

Based on our extensive experience of fleet operations, risk management and mitigation strategies we are familiar with developing driver training and development interventions that make real and tangible reductions in fleet operating costs. We have applied this knowledge to our Driver CPC portfolio creating a menu of options for immediate access to our driver development ‘Journey’ – a process through which we develop skills and abilities to meet required outcomes. In taking clients along this journey we provide three different levels of service that aim to meet the majority of clients’ needs:

Economy
This is our compliance approach to satisfy regulatory obligations, benefiting from set prescribed AADT courses and mixed centralised venues. A self booking service, it is our easiest option to access a recognised Driver CPC course.  It should appeal to all types of operators from the self employed driver right through to the largest of operators. 

Business
Our business programme provides training directly at company specific sites at times and locations that suit the business and for varying numbers of attendees. Each course is built around company relevant requirements, with flexible course choice and booking, preferential payment terms.

Premium
As our most comprehensive and fully bespoke service, Premium offers a one stop shop for driver development needs. Services range from identification of driver risk and training development needs through to guiding drivers and executives along the AADT journey, licence checks, benchmarking performance and measuring outputs.
