Welcome to Econo Driver Training for Ford drivers

The Course:	The Econo Driver Training course is available to Econo Check and other Ford customers who wish to improve the fuel economy and reduce the emissions of their vehicle by adjusting their driving style.
Aim:	The course is also aimed at promoting a safe and economical improvement to a driver’s attitude, behaviour and competence. It will assist in increasing a driver’s safety margins, provide awareness of speed limits and compliance, encourage a more pro-active approach behind the wheel to hazard awareness and provide a practical update on the Highway Code.
Benefits:	At the end of the course, each driver will … understand the principles of driving in a more economical way see actual benefits of a more relaxed driving style achieve an improvement in fuel economy experience reduced stress both to the driver and the vehicle. All course delegates will have a better understanding of the driving task involved on today’s roads, be equipped to deal with the pressures and distractions encountered whilst driving and are better informed to make improved driving decisions thus reducing the driving risk.
Duration:	90 minutes - please bring both parts your full driving licence with you.
